Shipping & Delivery Policy

getEW sells a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

What you receive

• Payment receipt: available right away in "My account" after successful payment.
• TATA AIG policy document: usually issued within 3–7 working days of successful payment and document check. It is delivered as a PDF in "My account" and may also be sent to your registered email.

Delays

If we need more information (for example, a clearer invoice), we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. If the policy cannot be issued, you will receive a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service area

We serve customers whose products were bought from merchants located in Kerala, India only.
